At one stage of my life, I crossed paths with Sofal, a talented and sensitive artist from Belgium. He became the creator of a video where I bid farewell to a blue dress that had shared half my life with me. This dress absorbed emotions, individuality, and the most captivating moments.

Parting with a beloved, ingrained possession is a kind of catharsis.

When you have strengthened in your shell, in your old and hardened skin, found yourself and your foundation — it’s time to move forward.

The project was conceived during my time on the island of Bali, where the painting was created and ultimately realised in Goa. Thanks to the stencil technique, I translated the painting into a pattern and later participated in an exhibition in France, releasing a limited collection of clothing items.
